Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of clownwall. Use of clownwall constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

Service Description
clownwall is a lightweight public feed for short posts, quick replies, and reactions. It is not a private messaging service, payments platform, professional publishing platform, marketplace, or adult content platform.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old. If a country or region requires a higher minimum age for online services, that higher age requirement applies.
The service may not be used by anyone who:
- is legally barred from using the service
- has been banned or disabled by clownwall
- is attempting to evade enforcement
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for accounts and activity that occurs through those accounts.
Users must:
- provide accurate account information
- keep login credentials secure
- not share, transfer, or sell accounts
- not impersonate another person or organization
- not create accounts to evade bans, blocks, rate limits, moderation, or other enforcement
clownwall may refuse, reserve, reclaim, or restrict usernames when needed for safety, impersonation prevention, brand protection, moderation, or account deletion rules.
Deleted usernames remain reserved and cannot be reclaimed. Deleted email addresses may be reused for a new account.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content posted to clownwall.
By posting content, a user grants clownwall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, make available to other users, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the service. This includes showing posts, replies, media, reactions, and honks in feeds, profiles, notifications, search, and safety review.
clownwall does not sell user content. clownwall does not run advertising.
Users are responsible for content submitted to the service. Content must not be posted unless the user has the rights or permission needed to post it.
Public Content
clownwall contains public areas. Posts, replies, profile information, reactions, honks, and media may be public depending on account settings and product context.
Private accounts and visibility settings can limit certain access, but clownwall should not be treated as private storage.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- break the law
- harass, threaten, or abuse people
- post hate or dehumanizing content
- post or encourage self-harm or violence
- exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors
- post non-consensual intimate content
- post pornographic or sexually explicit content
- post private personal information without permission
- impersonate people, brands, or organizations in a misleading way
- spam, manipulate engagement, or automate abusive behavior
- scrape or harvest data without permission
- interfere with the service
- probe, attack, or bypass security controls
- upload malware or unsafe files
- evade bans, blocks, rate limits, or other enforcement
- misuse reports, support, or safety processes
Some violations, including targeted harassment campaigns, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, and coordinated abuse, may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior warning.
The Community Guidelines explain these rules in more practical detail.
Moderation And Enforcement
clownwall may take action when content or accounts violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, or the safety of the service.
Actions may include:
- limiting content visibility
- removing posts, replies, media, or profile content
- dismissing or escalating reports
- issuing warnings
- rate limiting accounts
- reserving or restricting usernames
- suspending or banning accounts
- deleting accounts
- preserving records for safety, legal, or audit reasons
clownwall may also act to protect the service, users, or the public even when conduct is not specifically listed in these Terms.
Reports And Appeals
Posts and replies may be reported through the service. Reports are reviewed based on available context, product rules, and safety risk.

Copyright And Content Claims
clownwall does not create content posted by users. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to post anything uploaded or shared on clownwall.
Claims that content infringes copyright or reproduces original work without permission may be submitted by emailing [email protected] with:
- name and contact information
- a description of the original work or content
- a link or clear description of the specific post on clownwall believed to infringe rights
- a statement that the claimant is the rights holder or is authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
- a statement that the information in the claim is accurate to the best of the claimant's knowledge
clownwall will review the claim and, if valid, may remove or restrict the content and notify the account that posted it. Further action may be taken against accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights.
False or bad-faith claims violate these Terms and may result in account action.
Third-Party Services
clownwall may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, media storage, authentication, GIF search, and security. Those providers may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party login providers, GIF providers, and linked services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Service Changes
clownwall may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. Features, limits, and policies may change as the service evolves.
No Warranty
clownwall is provided as-is and as available. The service is not guaranteed to be always available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, clownwall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply.
Termination
Use of clownwall may be stopped at any time. Accounts can be deleted from account settings.
clownwall may suspend, disable, or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if action is needed to protect users, the public, or the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
Changes To These Terms
These Terms may be updated. If changes are material, the date above will be updated and notice will be provided where practical.
